Veterinarian
Dr. Megan Mack earned her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from North Carolina State University and has spent her career caring for small animals in her community. With decades of experience, she has built a strong reputation as a dedicated advocate for her patients’ health and well-being.
Dr. Mack’s professional interests include internal medicine and surgery. She is passionate about providing thoughtful, compassionate care and supporting pets throughout every stage of life.
Outside of the hospital, Dr. Mack enjoys spending time with her three grown children, who continue to make her proud each day. She loves being near the water and making memories with family and friends. At home, she is never without the company of her two dogs and two cats, whether relaxing by the pool or curled up on the couch together.

Dr. Leigha Williams
Veterinarian
Dr. Leigha Williams earned her bachelor’s degree in mathematics with a minor in statistics from Meredith College before beginning her career in education, teaching at the community college level. She later went on to complete her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at North Carolina State University and returned to her hometown of Wadesboro to begin her career in veterinary medicine.
Dr. Williams has extensive experience in general small animal care and is especially passionate about caring for small breed dogs throughout every stage of life. Her own experiences with toy poodles have helped shape her approach to long-term health and wellness for her patients.
